1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Sandia Software Services products (Case Timeline, Email Saver), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
2. Services Description
We provide software-as-a-service (SaaS) products for legal professionals:
- Case Timeline: Legal case management with timeline tracking, document organization, and team collaboration
- Email Saver: Gmail to Google Drive automation for email archiving and compliance
3. Account Registration
To use our services, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
4. Subscription and Payment
Billing
- Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance
- Payment is processed via Stripe
- Prices are in U.S. Dollars (USD)
- We may change pricing with 30 days' notice
Free Trials
Free trials require a valid payment method. You will be charged automatically when the trial ends unless you cancel before the trial period expires.
Refunds
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on your first paid subscription. Subsequent months are non-refundable. Annual plans are non-refundable after 30 days.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- Violate any laws or regulations
- Infringe on intellectual property rights
- Upload malicious code or malware
- Attempt to breach security measures
- Reverse engineer or decompile our software
- Resell or redistribute our services without authorization
- Use automated tools to access the service (except authorized APIs)
- Share your account credentials with others
6. Data Ownership and Usage
Your Data
You retain all ownership rights to data you upload or create using our services. We do not claim ownership of your content.
Our License
You grant us a limited license to host, store, and process your data solely to provide our services.
Data Backup
While we perform regular backups, you are responsible for maintaining your own backup copies of critical data.
7. Third-Party Integrations
Our services integrate with third-party platforms (Google Gmail, Google Drive, Stripe). Your use of these integrations is subject to their respective terms of service:

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may:
- Perform scheduled maintenance (with advance notice)
- Experience unexpected downtime
- Modify or discontinue features
9. Termination
By You
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period.
By Us
We may suspend or terminate your account for:
- Violation of these Terms
- Non-payment
- Fraudulent activity
- Abusive behavior toward our staff
Data After Termination
After termination, your data remains accessible in read-only mode for 30 days, then is permanently deleted.
10. Intellectual Property
All software, designs, text, graphics, and trademarks are owned by Sandia Software Services and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our intellectual property without written permission.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that our services will be error-free, secure, or meet your specific requirements.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sandia Software Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sandia Software Services from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in courts located in Bernalillo County, New Mexico.
15. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
